Kunzea is a unique herb, with qualities similar to rosemary and the aromatics of citrus, eucalypt and the sweetness of honey.

Use generously on red, game and white meats, on roast veggies and add to damper and bread….it’s delicious!

Kunzea ambigua or tick bush is commonly found growing on the coastal strip of Eastern Australia including Tasmania. A shrub growing up to 5 m high, it bears small white flowers in spring which fill the air with a sweet honey scent. Oz Tukka’s Kunzea is wild harvested in Tasmania.
