What do you do with honey that has crystallised?
Put your jar in a bowl of warm water (around 40-degrees Celsius, ie. 104° Fahrenheit) and let it sit there for a while. You might need to do this a couple of times but please, do not put it in the microwave, which of course is much faster, but will definitely destroy all the goodness of your honey.
