With the benefits of Manuka honey, what a perfect marriage of ingredients!

  • 4 medium size fillets
  • 3 tablespoons manuka honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger* (or 1 teaspoon ginger paste)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper


  • Add splash of vodka if using Worcestershire sauce
  • *For those non-ginger fans, you can choose not to include it. It will be just as tasty. You may like to add Chilli pepper for some extra kick

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. In a bowl, place manuka honey, olive oil, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper, and whisk together
  3. Pour glaze over fish and bake until ready, about 15-20 minutes (depending on oven)
