Oz Tukka’s Anise Myrtle is a great flavouring in desserts and biscuits. It is often used with pork, fish, vegetables, glazes, marinades and dressings.

Method: Add freshly boiled water into a tea pot together with a teaspoon of leaves. Alternatively add the myrtle leaves straight into a tea strainer and allow to brew (either in your cup or teapot). Enjoy!
