Add in a bowl 4 tbsp good quality (virgin) olive oil, 1/2 tsp dijon-style or english mustard, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp Manuka Honey, finely sliced 1 shallot, 1 clove garlic minced, 1/4 tsp sea salt & 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground, and give it a good whisk

Combine well 2 tbsp peanut butter,  1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp red curry paste,  juice of ½ lime and ½ tbsp Manuka Honey

Popular & easy marinade for your chicken wings or baked vegetables:
Combine well 2 cloves finely diced garlic, 1-2 tbsp oil olive,  1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce,  juice of ½ lemon, 1 tbsp Manuka Honey and sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste (you can also include some chilli flakes)

Baked treats

Simply swap out sugar and replace it with manuka honey. Add it in your Banana & Berry muffins, Brownies, Banana Cake, Tea cakes to name a few.
